Where can AI truly help you in a meaningful way?
After the month-end closing, the real work begins: identifying anomalies, commenting on deviations, explaining connections, and compiling everything into a report that the board, CFO, or investors can read. This is precisely where AI Companion comes in.
Deterministic detectors automatically scan the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, highlighting the items that warrant your attention. You define the threshold at which a deviation becomes an outlier. Even hidden, opposing effects that balance out in higher-level items are revealed.
All figures are double-checked.
The AI agent formulates the analysis, but it doesn't perform any calculations. It works exclusively with the verified figures from your FMS, and a verification stage checks each figure in the output against its source. Every figure is linked to its original position in the table with a single click. Errors are not hidden, but rather made visible.
GDPR compliant and data protection secure
Your data never leaves the European Union. The companion runs entirely on Microsoft Fabric, and the AI agents reside on Microsoft Foundry. All servers within the European Union are subject to applicable data protection laws. We deliberately use a closed Microsoft architecture to ensure data protection, user permissions, and governance.
Access permissions and user roles
The companion system adopts the FMS authorization concept. Each user account only sees the cost centers and business units for which it is authorized in the FMS during AI analysis. Row-level security, from the data source to the agent, is managed by a single entity. This ensures that every AI response remains within the scope of what the requesting person is authorized to see.
The company context is automatically incorporated into the analysis.
Business model, history, market risks, seasonality, and special effects can be stored and considered in every analysis. If a planned investment was not made or a supplier contract has expired, the companion system is aware of this and includes it in its explanation.
The management report at the touch of a button
From the analyzed areas, a specialized agent distills the finished management report: KPIs at a glance, evaluation of the overall situation, key performance drivers, deviations from the plan for profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, and the three key points for the need for action.
