The integrated BANKSapi interface allows connections to thousands of banks worldwide – including all major German banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Sparkasse, Volksbank, and many more. The number of connected accounts and banks is unlimited.

How does the liquidity forecast work in the Cash Board?

The liquidity forecast analyzes current bank data to predict expected revenues, upcoming liabilities, and the impact of personnel expenses on liquidity. This allows CFOs and controllers to identify potential bottlenecks early and take countermeasures – down to the level of individual cash flows.

How secure is the bank connection via API?

The connection between banks and the Cash Board is encrypted via a certified API interface (BANKSapi). All data is processed in compliance with GDPR on servers in Germany and is subject to the highest European data protection standards.

Yes – the Cash Board was specifically developed for companies with multiple subsidiaries. All bank accounts, balances, and payment flows are consolidated across all subsidiaries in a central view, eliminating the need to switch between different banking portals.

Do I need the Financial Management Suite to use the Cash Board?

No, theoretically the Cash Board can function on its own. However, we prefer to offer both as a package. The advantage: bank data, liquidity forecasts, and financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows are all available in a single system – without additional interfaces or data loss.
